What a wonderful performance by our Good Shepherd students this past Thursday. I hope you were all able to attend as the students performed the Christmas Messiah for Young Voices. It was amazing to hear their enthusiasm and see their hard work in this well-known collection of Baroque music. Even more amazing is the subject of this oratorio, God himself taking the form of a human being, with the sole purpose of dying for our sin, earning us the right to be forgiven and to be called children of God. Praise God for his goodness and love!

A Few Additional Thoughts...

Advent Services: Join us for Advent worship services at 10:00 am this Wednesdays until Christmas, or come at 7:00 pm to participate in the evening Advent service.
Chapel Offering: Chapel offerings from the second quarter benefit Mary's Room, a local organization that is dedicated to fostering the well being of infants and young children through facilitating the donation, collection and distribution of furniture, clothing, diapers and other basic supplies to families while assisting them to achieve economic independence. We are collecting money, diapers (size 4-5), and wipes to assist with this organization's efforts.
