Our Classes... RELIGION: God the Father's Gracious Gifts This unit looks at how God crated the universe and everything in it and how He gives us the responsibility of caring for it. In this chapter, students learn about the original inhabitants of North America and how and why other people came to America. They also learn about how American exploration and settlement caused changes in the lives of people at the time and how it affects our lives today. SCIENCE: Living Things Depend on One Another In this chapter, the big idea is, "All the living things need energy to survive and grow." We will be looking at the roles of different organisms in an ecosystem, at food chains, and at food webs.
